Today’s private networks often rely on unlicensed wireless technologies such as 2.4 GHz or 5.4 GHz WiFi solutions for their connectivity requirements between locations.
Although these technologies are good for basic data connectivity, they have a number of drawbacks when it comes to be deployed in professional environments such as enterprises, municipalities, hospitals, education, finance, utilities, oil and gas, public safety and emerging services, government and defense, broadcasting.
